Hellovenezia

At about 4 a. m. Magda and I started our day by getting to Hanover airport to catch our flight at 7.15 a. m. to Venice. After a 75-minutes-flight we arrived at Marco Polo airport, Venice. After taking some pictures with the tire, first we took the bus to Venice city and then got to our Hotel on Lido island by waterbus. After our second, more recreative sleep this day, we went to St. Mark's Square in the middle of Venice. Unfortunately it was raining so we didn't get to see a lot of the city. Fortunately the second day we had a nice, sunny day and between visiting two museums we had enough time to take pictures (this time also around St. Mark's Square as well as around Rialto Bridge). The third day was the day of departure. At 11 a. m. we had to leave our hotel room and went to the waterside to have breakfast. Our last few hours we spent taking pictures from a waterbus on Canal Grande. Our flight back home and especially the landing in Hanover wasn't that much fun due to x-crossing wind. Anyway, what should one say about Venice? The first impression isn't that beautiful, because you need to look closer to get to know the peculiar flair of the city
